WE TEACH

STAND-UP COMEDY STYLE!

YOUR STAFF WILL BE LAUGHING

WHILE THEY LEARN. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

CHANGE IS GOOD !

You Spoke. We Listened.

After surveying over 4,000 childcare centers across Texas, we completely re-engineered our training program to give you exactly what you asked for — more live clock hours, faster take-away hours, and lower costs (especially for groups!).

We’ve shifted our focus from food to professional growth that truly transforms classrooms.  By not serving food  - this lowers the cost of the training by a full 10 per person.  ($15 per person for groups of 10 or more).

We have added an extra hour to our live training sessions and streamlined the mandatory trainings to better use your time.  We have also created training with top professionals in the field Quailty training at a price  you can afford.

We chose topics based on your feed back and consulted the top educators in the field of Discipline and Guidance to give you the tools you need to succeed.
